Continuing Education at NUNM

Established in 1956, National University of Natural Medicine is the oldest accredited naturopathic medical university in North America and a leader in natural medicine education and evidence-based research. As one of the most respected universities of natural medicine in the world, our participation in international medical education and research is routinely solicited. We believe in the healing power of nature, and that food is medicine.

Continuing Education events help our mission - to advance education, healthcare and research in the art and science of natural medicine. Most of our attendees are NUNM alumni, but we frequently have several other integrative practitioners attend as well. All of our programs are submitted to the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Examiners for CME approval, and we also have selected programs approved by the Board of Certification of Nutrition Specialists, the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
