Presenter: Paul Anderson, NMD
Original Date: June 11, 2022
We have noticed for decades connections between endocrine imbalances and autoimmunity in our chronically ill patients. Often the question “Is it cause or effect we are seeing?”. The past 7-10 years have shown an expansion in peer-reviewed data and understanding about the interrelationship between autoimmunity and endocrine function that matches our past clinical experience. In this presentation Dr. Anderson will review the data and also give clinical application for the crossovers between autoimmunity and the main (not all) hormonal players including Thyroid, Corticoids, Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone. In addition, brief discussion in regard to the role of Insulin, Diet, and other corollary factors will be included.
