This workshop addresses the intersections of eating disorders, privilege, and oppression. Marginalized people are at higher risk of negative health outcomes, and negative health care experiences. We explore how professionals can examine their beliefs and practices in order to deliver trauma informed care to individuals with eating disorders from diverse backgrounds.
