Revitalize & Restore: Integrating Microneedling, PRP/PRF, and Peels with Naturopathic Aesthetic Medicine

Presenter: Heather Friedman, ND, LAc
Original Date: February 8, 2026

Dive into an integrative, evidence-based approach to facial rejuvenation with Dr. Heather Friedman, ND, LAc. This session will explore how microneedling, platelet-rich therapies (PRP/PRF), and chemical peels can be safely, practically, and effectively combined within naturopathic aesthetic medicine. Learn how to utilize the body’s own healing powers through collagen induction, growth factors, and resurfacing—enhancing skin quality, texture, and natural volume restoration. Attendees will take away practical protocols and treatment plans, patient selection criteria, and safety considerations for layering these modalities in a customized plan. Ideal for naturopathic physicians, students, and aesthetic practitioners looking to onboard these treatment modalities or further their understanding of the mechanisms in which they work.
